It Really Works!!
It's a little too early for swim season here in the northeast, but we have started getting the pool ready. Can't wait to get in!!! In the meantime, we have slate tile along our waterline, and they have developed unsightly calcium deposits in several locations. I saw this product, and figured it was worth a try. I was honestly a little surprised that it works so well! Simply spray in on the affected area and wait a few minutes. I used a soft wire brush to work on some of the worse areas, then simply hose it off, and presto! The calcium deposits disappear! I am completely thrilled with this product! Recommend!
strong smell. but works
I sprayed and left it on the tile for a minute before wiping it off and it took a lot of the hard water stains off. Its a pretty strong smell and I wish the spray nozzle did a lot better with misting all over the place so it can get inside the cracks. After wiping it away i noticed that there was still some calcium left. I ended up having to go over it a second time. After the second time, everything was all clean and shiney. Overall probably a 4.5 since i had to use it twice.
Worked okay on calcium but other scale came off well
The product is on the less expensive side of the spectrum so it definitely has that going for it. It does not have the same effect of scale away or muriatic acid does on calcium build up but it did a pretty good job at getting they faded lines and cloudy buildup off my tiles.
This product worked really well!
It works really well. I tested it out on my bathroom tiles just to see if it would work well and it did. It smells nice and the scent is not too strong like most tile cleaners I’ve used that make it hard to breathe and burn my eyes. So I yeah I’d definitely recommend trying it out for yourself.
