DOSAGE RATES:

EVERY THREE MONTHS: 16 fl. oz. of this product per 10,000 gallons of pool water (or 500mL per 40,000L) will prevent algae from growing in all pool types. Do not exceed the label dosing recommendations.

SEVERE ALGAE TREATMENT: 32 fl. oz. of this product per 10,000 gallons of pool water (or 1L per 40,000L). Do not exceed the label dosing recommendations.

GENERAL DIRECTIONS:

1. Maintain pool water in the pH range 7.2 to 7.8. Total Alkalinity 80 ppm to 120 ppm. Adjust pH to 7.2 for severe algae.
2. Ensure filtration system is working properly and that filtration cycle is adequate.
3. Brush pool regularly.
4. Calculate the volume of this product required for your pool.
5. Add the product directly to pool’s deep end, preferably in front of a water return. Dilute in a bucket of pool water when adding to pools with plaster finishes.

This product must be used along with adequate levels of an EPA-registered sanitizer (e.g. chlorine) to control bacteria.

Before draining a treated pool or spa, contact your local sanitary sewer and storm drain authorities and follow their discharge instructions. Do not discharge treated pool or spa water to any location that flows to a gutter, storm drain or natural water body unless discharge is allowed by state and local authorities.
