Why is my reading saying one thing one minute, and another thing a few minutes later?
Test strip colors will continue changing over time. It's important to follow the 15 second countdown on the Eagle Ray device and follow directions on inserting the strip at the right time. Inserting the strip at a later point will yield different results.

I had to get a second unit because the first one had a bad sensor. The feedback from the email is nice being able to ask questions. But it would be nice to have a phone number to be able to talk to a person.
