Hot Tub Water Balance Kit (Instructions)

Directions

  1. Test the Water Dip a test strip into the hot tub water for 2 seconds and remove it immediately. Hold level for 15 seconds. Compare colors to the chart to measure pH, total alkalinity, and calcium hardness levels.
  2. Adjust as Needed Based on the results, add the appropriate product: • Use pH Increaser to raise low pH levels • Use pH Decreaser to lower high pH levels • Use Alkalinity increaser to raise total alkalinity • Use Calcium increaser to raise calcium hardness Follow dosage instructions on each bottle label.
  3. Circulate the Water Turn on the hot tub circulation system and allow water to circulate for at least 20 to 30 minutes to ensure even distribution.
  4. Retest and Maintain Retest the water after circulation. Make additional adjustments if necessary. Test water 2 to 3 times per week to maintain balanced conditions.

Important

Circulate your Spa or Hot tub water for at least a few minutes after any chemical addition and before adding another product. Please follow the instructions on the container of each chemical in the kit carefully for maximum results and safety!
